Our Green Peppers grow on the richest soil of Spain under endless days of sunshine. They are hand-picked bursting with ripeness, rushed into a traditional hot water bath (Bain-Marie), where they are cooked gently to preserve their robust, fresh flavor. Instead of heavy oils we add just a pinch of salt, before we vacuum seal our Green Peppers for their journey from our Mediterranean fields to your table. Enjoy in a salad, as an appetizer or in your favorite recipe.
