A great dish to serve cold with a Mediterranean dinner or as a side at a party, and you can get the health benefits of quinoa and the omega 3 fatty acids in avocados in one dish. This convenient recipe only needs one pot and one bowl, so cleanup is easy. The harissa-style dressing gives the whole thing a lively flavor, and you can adjust the amount to get the desired spiciness, but for my money, I like it pretty hot.
