They are hand-picked bursting with ripeness, rushed into a traditional hot water bath (Bain-Marie), where they are cooked gently to preserve their robust, fresh flavor. We add just a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil, before we puree and vacuum seal our Pumpkin Puree for its journey from our Mediterranean fields to your table.
